I currently a freelance web-designer. I charge a very reasonable amount for web hosting, a domain name, and can even build and design a website that uses a content management system, which allows easy modification of site content.

If you know much about Drupal, I've done work with Drupal modules, and Drupal themes, and can develop those at a reasonable amount. Modern websites have an almost unlimited number of possibilities of what can be done.
